My husband and I are visiting Atlanta for a few days and came to Refresh Cryo for a one time session. Our experience was amazing! The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. The Sauna was super clean and well stocked. I love how we’re able to book and pay online, it makes the check in process quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

Awesome experience! Very clean, quiet, private, and outright reasonable.
The staff makes you feel comfortable, you can really lose yourself in deep meditation and thoughts in each session. You will be amazed at the amount of sweat and energy you will have after the session is complete.
Your skin will be feel so refreshed and smooth. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

EVERYTHING! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The space is peaceful and inviting. Both My daughter and I love the idea of an individual saunas and that there was an option for us to sit together. Whenever I am in Atlanta, I will be at Refresh Cryo.
